No, not unless you opt for our retained HR Services, but even then our minimum term is 3 months. We get that you’re growing and we don’t want to hinder that growth, we want to accelerate it. We have a pay as you go offering, and for some of our support package offerings there will be a project duration which will be made clear when we send you a proposal.

We’re based in Leeds, however we have clients located in different parts of the country. Most of the work we carry out can be completed remotely however we are happy to travel for on site work purposes. For example, our culture transformation programme requires us to fully and thoroughly understand your culture so spending some time on site is crucial.

If you decide to retain our services, your managers have continued access to management mentoring. We also run leadership training via eventbrite (LINK TO OUR EVENTBRITE PAGE) and we can recommend vendors who provide specific types of coaching and mentoring.
