  • No, not unless you opt for our retained HR Services, but even then our minimum term is 3 months. We get that you’re growing and we don’t want to hinder that growth, we want to accelerate it.  We have a pay as you go offering, and for some of our support package offerings there will be a project duration which will be made clear when we send you a proposal.


  • Yes. We work with businesses ranging in size from 5 employees to 250 empoyees. With that said, there are certain product lines which work best within certain size parameters and we will advise accordingly. For instance our HR services retainer product works best for businesses under 100 employees.

  • Our HR experts are members of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development)  and up-to-date on all legislative matters and changes. We also partner and collaborate closely with a trusted legal team, ensuring comprehensive support for any legislative matters. We’re not solicitors, but we liaise with solicitors on any matters which require additional legal input.

  • You will see a non-exhaustive list of our services on the services page here. If you can’t see what you are after, give us a call. If we can’t help, the chances are we know who can. 

  • We’re based in Leeds, however we have clients located in different parts of the country. Most of the work we carry out can be completed remotely however we are happy to travel for on site work purposes. For example, our culture transformation programme requires us to fully and thoroughly understand your culture so spending some time on site is crucial.

  • While we don’t focus on any one industry, our approach is centred around people and technology. This makes us a great fit for companies that are open to embracing innovative and modern solutions.

  • If you decide to retain our services, your managers have continued access to management mentoring. We also run leadership training via eventbrite (link here) and we can recommend vendors who provide specific types of coaching and mentoring.

  • Absolutely! HR policies and handbooks are our bread-and-butter. We’ll help you develop the right policies and/or handbooks that align with your vision and values.
